How it Works: From Stormy seas to steady course
A typical engagement runs for 3 sessions over 4-6 weeks, with flexibility for urgent, high-stakes situations such as disciplinary meetings, performance reviews or senior interviews. At the end of each block of 3 sessions you can decide if you want to continue with another block or have enough to be getting on with. You can always book other sessions at a later date.
Waypoint 1: introduction and clarification
Clarify what’s really happening, how it’s affecting you and what you want instead. Use simple tools to assess strengths, patterns, risks and options.
Waypoint 2: Set your course
Decide on a realistic, motivating destination (role, outcome or state of mind). Build a practical route with milestones, allies and early quick wins.
Waypoint 3: Navigate and adapt
Adjust the route as conditions change – restructures, politics, feedback – so you stay in control.
