After 30 years of working at the intersection of talent, data and commercial leadership — from Veolia to Gamesys to Bally’s across 30 countries — I kept seeing the same pattern: intelligent CEOs making million-pound talent decisions on gut feel, because nobody had translated their people data into language the boardroom could act on.
In 2012 I coined the term thetalentfactory™ at the International HRD Conference in Birmingham after demonstrating how strengths-based talent intelligence delivered an 8% EBITDA impact — monitored, measured and attributed by the CEO himself.
This framework is the distilled version of what I now do in 90-day sprints for mid-market CEOs who know their talent is their greatest asset but aren’t yet treating it like one.
